Self-equalizing Economics

Sweet as Late Summer’s breeze blown kiss,

Sweet like Autumn’s breeze dislodging leaves.

The obscured face I keep expecting to see through the window at 2 AM.

Return to bed with my head oriented North

As misguided as a pharmaceutical war

Invade alien homes with a mask on where the masquerade ends

Just one is one too many to lose to fentanyl use,

False philanthropy, don’t let the left know what the right hand is up to,

I think they took it too literally,

Wave through with one the same people the other wants to pat down

I think we stand in traffic with an air of frivolity

Self-equalizing economics, despair breeds ingenuity,

Still wonder what I’d be if the masters never brought their master to me,

Instilled His mysteries as they bind our chief in the periphery

First genesis their scriptures foretold our precious serpent’s return by sea

La Malinche is my Eve
